Digital Products & Courses
Halo Senses offers digital products including meal plans, nutrition guides, training programs, educational courses, and subscription-based content.
Digital Delivery
- Digital products are delivered electronically.
- Access instructions will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- Most digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, though delivery may take up to 24 hours in rare cases.
- Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they can receive emails from Halo Senses.
Subscription Products
Certain courses, memberships, or training programs may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
- Subscribers will receive ongoing access to content according to the subscription plan selected.
- Subscription access begins once payment is successfully processed.
- Subscription billing and cancellation terms are outlined at checkout and in our Terms of Service.
Digital products do not require shipping and are not subject to shipping fees.
Physical Products
Physical products such as apparel, accessories, and other merchandise are shipped directly to customers.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, product launches, or promotional periods.

- FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.
International Orders
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

United States: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Halo Senses is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping information
- Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Orders returned to sender due to incorrect address details
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, Halo Senses is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was stolen or misplaced, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or property management
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- File a claim with the carrier when applicable
Shipping Delays
Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays due to:
- Severe weather
- Transportation disruptions
- High shipping volumes
- Customs processing
Halo Senses cannot guarantee carrier delivery times and is not liable for delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier.
International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their local government.
Halo Senses is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Take photos of the item and packaging.
- Contact us at support@halosenses.com.
- Include your order number and photos.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Late Orders
A physical order may be considered lost if 90 days have passed since shipment and tracking confirms it has not been delivered.
If this occurs, please contact us with your order number and name so we can investigate and determine eligibility for a replacement or refund.
